TAKING-UP OF YARN

PURPOSE:To avert the dangerous number of winding and reduce the influence of a bobbin by taking up yarn which repeats the increase and decrease of the twill angle through the variation of the traverse speed up to a prescribed number of winding and then carrying out the taking-up with a constant number of winding different from the dangerous number of winding. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 11 for detecting the number of revolution of a traverse cam 4 is installed at the shaft edge of the traverse cam 4, and a pulse generator 12 for detecting the number of revolution of a bobbin holder 1 is installed at the shaft edge of the bobbin holder 1. The number of revolution of the traverse cam 4 and the number of revolution of the bobbin holder 1 are inputted as the traverse cam revolution signal f1 and the bobbin holder revolution signal f2 into the input port P1 of a host computer 13. A traverse cam revolution instruction signal f3 for controlling the disturbance, taking-up with a constant number of winding, or traverse jump is outputted from the output port P3 of the host computer 13 to a control box, and an inverter 15 outputs a prescribed frequency into an induction motor 14 for driving the traverse cam 4.
