MANUFACTURE OF PRECAST CONCRETE PLATE

PURPOSE:To maintain thickness constantly, by scattering a foaming agent on the surfaces of block materials spread in order within a foaming mold frame, and spreading, within a concreting mold frame, unit members with their foaming bodies that are formed by foaming, facing downward, and placing concrete therein. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of block materials 15 having unevenness on their surfaces are spread in order within a foaming mold frame 19 with their backs facing downward. Next, the surfaces of block materials 15 are covered with a mold separation film 27, and then, a foaming agent solution is scattered in the upper portion space of the film 27. Next, the mold frame 19 is covered with a lid 31 having air holes 29, and then, the mold frame 19 is quietly placed until foaming is completed and unit members 35 having foaming bodies 33 are formed on the surfaces of block materials 15 through the film 27. And members 35 are taken out of the mold frame 19, and they are spread within a concreting mold frame 37 with foaming bodies 33 facing downward. In addition, concrete 39 is placed in the upper portion space of members 35, and cued.
