CAR WASHING IN GATE-SHAPED CAR WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To lighten or eliminate the need of the finishing work after car washing by carrying out the drying work subsequently to the wax application work, carrying out wax finishing work through the brushing on a car body by spraying the cleaning water, and then executing the drying process again. CONSTITUTION:In the first advance process, washing process through the brushing by spraying water and the aqueous solution of detergent is carried out. In the first retreat process, rinsing through the brushing by spraying only the cleaning water is carried out. In the second advance process, wax application for spraying the dilute liquid of oily wax is carried out, and further the excessive wax is cleaning-discharged. In this case, the oily wax forms the gel particles, which adhere on a car body. In the second retreat process, drying work is carried out, and wax is fixed on the car body. In the third advance process, wax finishing process through the brushing by spraying only the cleaning water is carried out, and wax is developed on the car body surface, and the excessive wax is cleaning-discharged. In the third retreat process, drying work is carried out, and then car washing work is completed.
