Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a high-temp. superconductive structural body having high critical current density in a specified field of application by loading sliding stress in the uniaxial direction to the inside of the specified ceramics high-temp. superconductive substance and orientating particles in the uniaxial direction. CONSTITUTION:The ceramics high-temp. superconductive substance which has anisotropy of crystal orientation or particle orientation is formed into a molded body. Then, sliding stress is loaded in the uniaxial direction to the inside of this molded body. The aimed structural body is obtained by performing particle orientation for >=60% of this substance in the uniaxial direction. The structural body is a ceramics high-temp. superconductive structural body wherein at least 60% of particles constituting a superconductor is unidimensionally blended in a fine structure. The superconductor excellent in the superconductive performance such as critical current density is produced by the producing method. Accordingly, the superconductor is easily and economically produced which has the especially large critical current density characteristics in a specified field of application. |
