DEVELOPMENT SUPPORTING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To save labor and time for management by classifying various parts constituting the objective part of design into plural part standards while dividing them into groups based on the coupling method of respective elements, preparing the file of a shape data and managing them. CONSTITUTION:This system is composed of a processor 10, data base 20 and terminal equipment group 30, and the processor 10 is equipped with a terminal interface module 11 and a file retrieval module 12 or the like. The contents of the data base 20 are composed of a part standard dat a base (D/B) 21, standard part data base 22 and drawing standard data base 23. The various parts constituting the objective part of design are classified while being divided into groups based on the coupling method for the part standards. Therefore, the various parts constituting the objective part of design are classified into the plural part standards while being divided into groups based on the coupling method of the respective elements, and the file of a shape data 214 is prepared as one part of a data file concerning the respective part standards. Thus, labor and time for management can be saved.
