Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To lessen the volume of a pressure detecting element and thereby to make a sensor small in size by printing external lead-out wiring patterns on a flexible terminal which is formed by cutting and raising a part of a flexible board. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detecting coil is constructed of a circular flexible double-sided board 19, and a sensing coil 20a and a compensating coil 21a are printed spirally on the surface and the outer periphery respectively, while a sensing coil 20b and a compensating coil 21b are printed spirally on the rear side and the outer periphery thereof respectively. A spiral printed pattern constituting each coil is formed by forming a metal thin film on an exposed surface of the board 19 by means of evaporation or the like and by etching an unnecessary part of the metal thin film thereafter. Between the sensing coil 20a (20b) and the compensating coil 21a (21b), a flexible terminal 34 is formed by cutting and raising the board 19 concentrically with the board 19, in a prescribed width and by a predetermined rotational angle. On the fore end of the terminal 34, lead-out pattern U1 to U3 to be soldered with the board 19 are printed.
