MERCHANDISE REPLENISHING COUNTER FOR AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To eliminate to wire a sensor signal line individually, and to reduce the number of sensor signal lines drastically by making a merchandise replenishing detecting sensor as a resistance value changing type, inputting the output signal to a control part, and detecting the change of the resistance value in a processor. CONSTITUTION:The merchandise replenishing detecting sensor provided with each vending rack are made as the resistance value changing type and each sensor is connected serially or parallel. These signal lines connected serially or parallel are connected with an analog input part 1 of an automatic vending machine control part. To the control part of the automatic vending machine, a processor 2 equipped with a microcomputer is provided, and the change of the resistance value can be detected. Thus, it is possible to reduce a counter for counting the remaining quantity of the merchandise at each vending rack, and furthermore to reduce the number of sensor wiring for counting a merchandise replenishing quantity.
