COMMODITY STORAGE DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To project a locking member having width corresponding to the length of a commodity to be stored in a commodity injection port by rotating, dropping and storing the regulation plate side locking member to be moved in accordance with the advancing range of a regulation plate into an aperture part. CONSTITUTION:The locking member 13 has the width corresponding to the length of a short commodity and projects so as to lock the short commodity in the commodity injection port 6 in a projecting and positioning state into a commodity storage passage. In the case of locking a long commodity, a locking member 14 projects into the commodity storing passage together with the locking member 13. The members 13, 14 arranged in parallel are respectively provided with locking chips 13A, 14A to be engaged with the opposite sides. When the member 14 on the regulation plate 10 side to be advanced is rotated, the locking piece 14A locks the locking piece 13A, so that the member 13 can simultaneously projects and rotates into the commodity storing passage. In the case of simultaneously dropping and rotating the members 13, 14 into the aperture part 8, the member 14 can be dropped and rotated into the aperture part 8 simultaneously with the rotation of the member 13 into the aperture part 8.
