CAPACITANCE TAB TERMINAL CONNECTING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To improve productivity by installing a groove capable of sucking an electrode foil and a tab terminal on a rotary table rotating at a constant speed, and providing the periphery with an electrode foil supplying part, a tab terminal supplying part, a tab terminal positioning part, a hole opening part and a press bonding part. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 24 sent from a parts feeder 18 is supplied to a tab terminal positioning groove 20 of a rotary table 11, via a tab terminal supplying table 16. A lead wire 28 is positioned by a positioning plate 21, and the terminal is vacuum-sucked from a terminal sucking hole 22. Thus the terminal is retained on the table 11 and pressed from the outer periphery by a flat belt 23. By a tab terminal positioning part 13 which is subjected to a synchronous rocking motion by cam driving, the terminal is finally positioned. An electrode foil 25 sent out continuously from an electrode foil supplying part 14 is retained at a constant position by a foil guide 26, and vacuum-sucked by an electrode foil sucking hole 19. By a hole opening part 12 which synchronously rocks and a press bonding part 15, the terminal 24 and the foil 25 are connected, and then wound by a winding part 17 for the electrode foil provided with the tab terminal.
