Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To shorten the total length of a throttle chamber in an engine provided with a first throttle valve interlocking with an acceleration pedal and a second throttle valve controlled in the closing direction at tranction control by providing a first throttle valve shaft and a second throttle valve shaft so as to cross each other. CONSTITUTION:An usual first throttle valve 3 interlocking with an acceleration pedal and a second throttle valve 4 for traction control positioned on the upper stream side of the former are provided in a tandem throttle chamber 13 provided on an intake passage, and the second throttle valve 4 is controlled to be driven with a DC motor 8 based on a traction control requiring signal output from a control unit at a large slip ratio. In such power control device, the shaft 18 of the second throttle valve 4 is provided inclining by angle theta against the shaft 16 of the first throttle valve 3 so as to cross with the plane containing the shaft 16 and the center line of the chamber 13. Hereby, interference between a first throttle sensor and the DC motor 8, and between a throttle drum 5 and a second throttle sensor 26 can be avoided.
