Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To stabilize characteristics by dispersing conductive vitreous microspherical carbon grains each having a specific grain diameter in a non- conductive foamed elastomer having a specific foamed cell diameter. CONSTITUTION:An independent or continuous foamed body having each cell of 50 to 350mum in the size of each of foamed cells constructing a non-conductive foamed elastomer is preferably, whereas a foamed body having each cell of any size below 50mum has a small change in its pressure-resistance and a foamed body having each cell of any size over 350mum is unpractical because of reduction in its strength. Any value below 1mum in the diameter of each of conductive vitreous microspherical carbon grains being dispersed in the non-conductive foamed elastomer causes difficulty in manufacturing the grain while causing a small change in its resistance. Because a grain having any diameter exceeding 15mum causes a rough change in its resistance, a grain having diameter of 1mum to 15mum is preferable. Thus, a pressure-sensitive conductive elastomer can be manufactured with stable characteristics. |
