Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency while securing safety by detecting an unmanned vehicle on a ground side while this unmanned vehicle goes into a block control section and goes out of the section, temporarily stopping the unmanned vehicle only when approach to a junction is prohibited, and making the approach of the unmanned vehicle to the junction as it is in the other case. CONSTITUTION:Unmanned vehicle existence detectors 5 and 6 are respectively installed at the entrance and exit of the block control section in a traveling route. When an unmanned vehicle 2 passes on the detectors, this is detected and a signal is presented to a block control circuit 9. Respective position indicators 7 and 8 are samely installed at the entrance and exit of the block control section, respectively fetches control start and end signals to be outputted from the block control circuit 9, outputs the signals and notifies the start and end of the block control section to the side of the unmanned vehicle 2. When a stop command is detected by a stop / travel command detector 23, the unmanned vehicle 2 is temporarily stopped. When a travel command is detected, the unmanned vehicle is traveled as it is and makes the approach to the junction. Thus, the operation efficiency of the unmanned vehicle can be improved while securing the high safety.
