Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a high quality fish slice-like food having uniform shape and weight for each piece of the food and having a specified quality by mixing fish slices with salted ground fish meat and subsequently press-binding the mixture in a mold. CONSTITUTION:The small pieces of fish meat free from portions not used for foods, such as heads, bones, skins, inner organs and fines are mixed with a salted ground meat prepared from the same or different kind of fishes so that the salted ground meat sufficiently adheres to the small pieces. The mixture is placed in a mold having an uneven surface pattern similar to the surface pattern of a fish, press-bound and subsequently frozen.
