Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to improve the working efficiency by a method wherein the approximate half length of a reinforcing inner sheath pipe is securely inserted in advance into the bore of the tip of an upper steel pipe pile and a gap between a lower steel pipe and the reinforcing inner sheath pipe is filled with a filling curing material through a filling curing material injection pipe. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing inner sheath pipe 18 is inserted in the bore of an upper steel pipe pile 1, and the tip of a filling curing material injection pipe 30 is inserted in a hole 31 formed in the end part of the reinforcing inner sheath pipe 18. The upper steel pipe pile 1 is inserted in and joined with a lower steel pipe pile 2, already driven in a vertical shaft 36 excavated in a land-slide suppressing spot 35, by using a crane vehicle 37. A through-hole 39 is formed in the slightly upper part of a faucet joint 1a of the upper steel pipe pile 1, and a through-hole 40 is also formed in the reinforcing inner sheath pipe 18. A filling curing material injection pipe 41 is inserted through the through-holes 39 and 40 from the outside of the upper steel pipe pile 1 toward the bore of the reinforcing inner sheath pipe 18, and engaged with a through-hole 42 from the inside toward the outside of the reinforcing inner sheath pipe 18. The upper steel pipe pile 1 is lifted down from above and inserted internally of the lower steel pipe pile 2 to complete joint engagement of faucet joints 1a and 2a. |
