Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To constantly securely let a transmitting device cooperate with a selector lever by rotatably supporting a connection member for the selector lever to the transmitting device on a shaft laterally extended to a length direction of an automobile. CONSTITUTION: A selector lever 3, and an advance member 9 of a transmitting device 10 cooperating with the selector lever 3 in a first shifting path 6 are rotatably supported on a shaft 4 laterally extended to a length direction B-B of an automobile. For fixing the transmitting device 10, a disconnection device 12 becomes effective in a second shifting path 8 of the selector lever 3 separate from the advance member 9. Protective measures can thus be taken to constantly securely let the transmitting device cooperate with the selector lever 3.
