BUILT-IN ADAPTER MOVING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to obtain a low-priced VTR with built-in an adapter to be stably operated by providing adapter moving devices an adapter housing place and the side face of the VTR, etc., on the back of a cassette holder in the VTR, executing transmission to the adapter by driving arms and parallelly moving the adapter. CONSTITUTION:Driving arms 1 and 2 are arranged so as to constitute two parallel link mechanisms and the height of the two driving arms 1 and 2 are set within the height of an adapter 7 so as to be passed in a cassette holder 6. Then, the adapter 7 is horizontally moved until the compact tape cassette attaching and detaching position out of the VTR by using the driving arms 1 and 2. Thus, since the height of the driving arms 1 and 2 and a slider 9, etc., is set within the height of the adapter 7, namely, at the height so that the driving arms 1 and 2 and slider 9 can be passed in the internal part of the cassette holder 6, it is not necessary to move the adapter 7 by a separate means before and behind the cassette holder 6 and the operation can be made unique by the driving arms 1 and 2. Thus, the number of parts can be reduced, the operation can be made stable and the VTR can be made compact.
