Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the quality and reliability by arranging distance hollow bodies at side edge parts of plate fins, alternately laminating these through separated plates, pressurize-deforming the hollow bodies in gap between the laminated layers through brazing filler material, heating this in a vacuum furnace and brazing. CONSTITUTION:The distance hollow bodies having higher than height of the fin 8 are arranged at the side edge parts of the plate fins 8 to alternately laminate them through the separated plates 10. The brazing filler material is inserted in the gap between the laminated layers, and after that, the above distance hollow body is deformed under pressurizing to the height coincident with the height of the plate fin and charged into the vacuum furnace 24. At the time of making the vacuum atmosphere, as there is air in the distance hollow body, ideal load is applied between the separated plate and the distance hollow body at the time of brazing by returning back to the original shape, and the gap between the laminated layers is further stuck. By this method, the brazing property is improved and the quality and reliability of a heat exchanger can be improved.
