WINDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To wind a lead so that it may be positioned in accurate order from the beginning by providing an encoder which detects the turning number of a core and the feeding amount of a film and an information processing section which operates the length, thickness, winding radius and joining point of the film as necessary. CONSTITUTION:The winding length of a film 7 while an encoder 5 for detecting the turning number of a core 4 rotates in a given number is measured by an encoder 2 for detecting the feeding amount. According to the measured value, the winding radius and thickness of the film 7 is found in every turn of the core 4 by the operation of an information processing section, to automatically adjust the joining position A of a lead 11 to the right and left, in the vicinity where the winding length from the winding start position A is L1 at the first lead bonding position M, so that the winding length A-B-C-D of the film 7 is equal to the length of a circle DE or the circle DE + n winding. In this way, it is possible to obtain the accurate winding position of the lead 11.
