Zusammenfassung:	NEW MATERIAL:A tripeptide expressed by the formula Leu-Lys-Tyr. USE:A hypotensor having excellent angiotensin I converting enzyme inhibiting activity. PREPARATION:Stripped contents of Antarctic krill are heated and cleaned with water to remove a water soluble ingredient. Then the treated krill is degreased with acetone and dried. The dried powder is suspended in distilled water and subjected to pepsin treatment and centrifuged and the separated supernatant is recovered. The supernatant is successively subjected to trypsin treatment and then purified using ion exchange chromatography, gel filtration chromatography, reverse chromatography, etc., alone or in combination.
