BRAKE STRUCTURE OF WORKING VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To facilitate braking force releasing operation, in a braking structure having negative braking system and manual braking system, by providing such a constitution as to be capable of holding the movable member of the negative braking system in the recessed and protruded position when the operating force from the manual braking system is added while an engine is stopped. CONSTITUTION:A negative braking system having a movable member 34 for actuating a braking pressure to a braking member 32 by energizing force and displacing the movable member 34 so as to release the braking pressure by a piston 35 receiving a pressure oil from a hydraulic pump 15 driven by an engine 10 is provided. A manual braking system for actuating the braking pressure from a master cylinder 27 to the braking member 32 through a ring piston 36 is also provided. A valve mechanism 38 for arresting the oil discharge from the piston 35 is interposed in an oil passage 37 to allow the displacement of the movable member 34 and hold this displacement against the force of a spring 33, when the operating force from the manual braking system is worked in the direction of recessing and protruding the movable member 34 in the stopped state of the engine 10.
