MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR COOLED AGGREGATE

PURPOSE:To enable the change use of ordinary concrete and cooled concrete through the simple remodeling of an existing installed machine by providing a protecting cover at the inlet part of a cooling conduit in which aggregate corresponding to one batch are accommodated and providing a cooling nozzle for a coolant at the position not being in contact with aggregate placed directly under thereof. CONSTITUTION:An aggregate descending board 3 is so provided on the lower part of an aggregate bin 1 and so inclined at an angle that aggregate 2 descends through its dead weight and on the lower central part, a cooling conduit 4 is provided which can accommodate the aggregate 2 corresponding to one batch. And on the position at the inlet part of the cooling conduit 4, protecting covers 5, 5 are installed at an angle wherein the aggregate 2 descends through its dead weight and injection nozzles 6, 6 for a coolant are arranged at the position in which they many not come to contact with the aggregate 2 placed directly under the protecting covers 5, 5. Whereby it can be performed in the remodeling limited to an existing concrete installation and can also be used for manufactur ing ordinary concrete by supplying and operating the coolant.
