Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remove and recover a tail yarn of spindle without reducing operation rate of equipment by removing and recovering the tail yarn with advancing and retreating of suction mechanism or cutter in stopping of a truck traveling along spindle row. CONSTITUTION:An arm 203 revolving around the center of a supporting shaft 202 is fixed at the side face of a suction cylinder 201 of tail yarn removing and recovering the head loaded on a truck traveling along spindle in a spinning frame and a cutter 204 adjustable of going in and out is fixed at an end of the arm 203, then a spring 208 is fixed at the other end through a pin 206, thus pressing pressure of the cutter 204 to tail wound part 102A is made constant.
