Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a strongly bonded structure by shrinking and fitting the second metal member having a hardness smaller than that of the first metal member between a ceramic member and the first metal member. CONSTITUTION:When a heated stainless steel ring 42 is fit on a ceramic bar 41 and shrunk, a space 44 is formed between the ceramic bar 41 and the stainless steel ring 42. A metal ring (the second metal member) 43a is fit into the space 44 and shrunk, and the metal ring 43 is pressed with a counter punch 45 and a punch 46. The metal ring 43 is deformed and flowed into grooves 41a and 42c to strongly bond the stainless steel ring 42 to the ceramic bar 41.
