Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent covering property to sharp edges of the cut end formed after the working of a coated metal by using an amine modified epoxy resin, a completely blocked isocyanate, a cationic emulsified acrylic resin, fine particles of cationic gel and a pigment. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) an amine-modified epoxy resin, (B) a completely blocked isocyanate (e.g. a reaction product of a polyisocyanate compound such as tolylene diisocyanate with a compound having active hydrogen such as an alcohol), (C) a cationic emulsified acrylic resin, (B) fine particles of cationic gel (preferably acrylic resin) and (E) a pigment. The ratio of (A+B)/C is preferably 50/50 to 30/70 in terms of solid weight and the weight ratio of the pigment to the resin is preferably l/(4-7).
