PRESSURE MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To make it possible that a device is easily adapted to different applications, by providing such peripheral wall as can be manufactured, as a few standardized single parts, for example, a machined parts and an injection- molded parts, etc. CONSTITUTION: A casing 10 of a device comprises an inner chamber 11 which is enclosed with the casing 10, a peripheral wall 12, a casing bottom wall 15 and a first connection part 1 for the first pressure P1 which transits to the bottom wall 15. A sensor element comprising a diaphragm 31 and a base body 32 is airtightly fitted inside the bottom side 15. An intermediate chamber which is formed between the diaphragm 31 and the base body 32 with a spacer in between, which is assigned between the diaphragm 31 and the peripheral part of the base body 32 to fix/connect both to each other, is sealed with an opening 33. And, a solid insert body 61 which is airtightly fitted is provided in an opening of a lid 5, and the insert body 61 seals the inner chamber 11 and the intermediate chamber between the diaphragm 31 and the base body 32. By this, the device is easily adapted to different applications.
