Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the Al alloy sheet sufficiently roughened at the time of subjecting the inner face to etching, having good adhesion with fluororesin and can obtain a milky film at the time of subjecting the outer face to anodic oxidation by a sulfuric acid bath by regulating specified amounts of Fe, Mn and Ti as essential components and regulating the homogenizing conditions. CONSTITUTION:The Al alloy sheet is the one contg., by weight, 0.5 to 3% Fe, 0.1 to 0.4% Mn, =95% of the intermetallic compounds of Fe with Al is occupied by FeAl3. For manufacturing the alloy sheet, an ingot of the Al alloy having the above compsn. is heated to >=510 deg.C and is thereafter subjected to hot rolling, annealing and cold rolling. The alloy sheet is applied to practical use by subjecting the inner face to etching, to roughening and thereafter to fluororesin coating and subjecting the outer face to anodic oxidation treatment. The inner face has good adhesion with the fluororesin, and the face subjected to the anodic oxidation treatment assumes a milky color.
