While by pressing down a clamp arm 6, both ends 9a, 9b of a swivel holder 9 are attached to respectively upper and outer side surfaces of the ski plate 5. Further by pressing down the clamp arm 6 to be stopped to the base 1, a swing arm 7 is turned against a spring 8. Thus by urging force of the spring 8, the ski plate 1 is firmly press-supported through the swivel holder 9.
