SHEET-SHAPED MATERIAL FORMING INTERMEDIATE LAYER OF CERAMIC DECORATIVE PANEL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To make the thickness of an intermediate layer 1 mm or less, and to prevent the generation of a crack and insufficient flexibility even at the time of leaving as it is for a prolonged term by forming the mixed thin layer of decorative soil powder for pottery and a plastic group binder onto the surface of a woven fabric made of glass fiber. The decorative soil for pottery is used as the main raw material of the intermediate layer, the inorganic foamed light-weight bodies as a ceramic base are not sighted through through the glass ceramic surface layer, and the fine ceramic decorative intermediate layer is sighted through, thus manufacturing the decoratively excellent sheet-shaped material, the thinning the expensive glass ceramic surface layer.
