Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent an offset voltage from being generated by providing the 2nd amplifier feeding back an output of the 1st amplifier to the 1st input of which a reference voltage is applied and to the 2nd input of which a control signal is applied to the 2nd input and a circuit correcting a current to the 2nd input. CONSTITUTION:A voltage signal is applied to an input terminal T1 and the reference voltage VREF1 is applied to a base of a TRQ1 constituting the differential pair. TRs Q1, Q2 act like a voltage-current converting circuit, and D1- D4 act like the current-voltage converting circuit. TRs Q4, Q5 act like the voltage-current converting circuit and a current mirror circuit constituted with TRs Q5-Q7 is provided to the output terminal. Thus, a current flowing to the TRs Q3, Q4 changes according to the difference between the reference voltage and the input signal, the output voltage corresponding to it is fed back to the base of the TRQ2 and led out of an outut terminal T2 at the same time. TRs Q21-Q26 form the current mirror circuit, which corrects the current flowing to the TRs Q3 and Q4. As a result, no offset is produced to the base of the TRs Q3, Q4.
