DEGREASING DEVICE OF AUTOMOBILE PARTS MADE FROM PLASTICS AND COATING DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE PARTS

PURPOSE: To maintain the time when the parts to be degreased stay in a vapor layer of a degreasing agent constant even if there is a change in the speed of transportation by disposing cooling coils of various heights within a degreasing tank and supplying a refrigerant to the various cooling coils. CONSTITUTION: The plural cooling coils are disposed within the degreasing tank D and the cooling coil 18 existing at the highest position is the same height as the uppermost part of a space 11 for degreasing vapor. The other cooling coils 182 , 183 are spaced from the uppermost part coil and are arranged downward in the space for degreasing vapor. A control means C for fluidizing the refrigerant to the respective coils by controlling the flow rate to the cooling coils is provided. The heights of the respective coils deals directly with the speed of the transporting device. Consequently, the time when the parts under the transportation stagnate in the degreasing vapor is kept approximately constant regardless of the transportation speed.
