SKY WAREHOUSE FOR BOAT

PURPOSE:To shorten the cycle time of carry-in and carryout of a boat and enhance the boat carry-in/carryout capacity by hanging the boat with a ceiling crane, placing on an accommodating dolly in a handling row, moving the dolly to a storage rack row, thereby accomplishing accommodation. CONSTITUTION:Storage rack rows 1, 1 in plural storages are furnished in a house 3, and also equipped a handling row 2 which has approx. the same width. over this handling row 2, a ceiling traveling crane 5 is installed which runs in the longitudinal direction of the house 3, and accommodating dollys 4--- for loading of boats 7--- is arranged on the floor of each rack row 1, 1. Outdoors each boat 7--- is loaded on a carry-in/carryout dolly 8 and transpotted to the bottom of the handling row 2. Then the boat 7--- is lifted by the ceiling crane 5 and transferred onto the respective accommodating dolly 4--- drawn out to the handling row 2, and the accommodating dolly 4--- is moved to the appropri ate rack row 1. Thus accommodation is completed.
