AUTOMATIC SAMPLE MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING APPARATUS IN RUBBER VULCANIZATION TESTER

PURPOSE:To also perform an unmanned vulcanization test by arranging a sample arranging table, a sample feed apparatus and a sample removing apparatus and automatically operating all of them. CONSTITUTION:A sample arranging table A is constituted by radially arranging a large number of sample trays to the peripheral part of each of rotary discs 10 and rubber samples 12 are set on said trays and fed to the under side die 1d of a vulcanization tester T by a sample feed apparatus B. That is, each of the samples 2 is taken up by the bifurcated fork 13a of a feed basket 13 to reach directly above a rotor 2 and the basket 13 falls downwardly to place the sample 2 on the rotor 2. Next, an upper side die falls to the die 1d to bring the sample 12 to a sandwiched state and a vulcanization test is started. After the completion of the test, a sample removing apparatus C moves to the place of the die 1d and the end part of the sample 12 on the rotor 2 in a covering state is gripped by the gripper 14 consisting of a pair of pinch pawls of said apparatus C and pulled upwardly to be released and removed. Each of the discs 10 revolves by one pitch in the direction shown by an arrow (e) and the next sample 12 is taken up by the basket 13 to be tested in the same way.
