RUST PREVENTIVE CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE:To efficiently and economically carry out rust preventive control by observing the dew point of an atmosphere and the object temp. of an iron product, judging the difference between the object temp. and the dew point and continuously and automatically carrying out a specified dew condensation preventive treatment. CONSTITUTION:The dry-bulb temp. of an atmosphere is measured by a dry-bulb thermocouple 1. The wet-bulb temp. of the atmosphere is measured by a wet- bulb thermocouple 2. The object temp. of a monitor 4 consisting of an iron product is measured by an object thermocouple 3. The thermocouples 1, 2 and 3 are connected to a thermometer 7. Consequently, the dew point of the atmosphere and the object temp. of the iron product 4 are observed. The difference between the object temp. and the dew point is judged by a controller 8, and specified dew condensation preventive treatment is continuously and automatically carried out. An operator for rust preventive control is not required in this process.
