MONITORING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS OF LIQUID RESIN

PURPOSE:To efficiently, surely and automatically analyze a liquid resin by displaying the images of a specification value and an analysis value and progressing operation while an operator visually checks the values. CONSTITUTION:The display screen is divided to 4 groups for nonvolatile component (NV) analysis, viscosity (VIS) analysis, pH analysis, and announcement/ command. The [PR], [TEST 1], [AF] in the NV analysis respectively indicate 'under prepn.', 'under analysis' and 'under execution of post-processing'. The displays under execution are colored and displayed from the upper side according to time. [NVDATA] flickers to indicate that analysis data is obtd. upon completion of the analysis. The data check screen of the NV analysis appears when the command [NV] is inputted at this time. The operator, therefore, decides the normal/defective condition of the analysis by viewing the screen. The reanalysis of the NV is executed by the input of a command [TEST 2] if the analysis is off-specification. The other analyses are executed by the similar guidance.
