USE:A plant growth regulator. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula VII is reacted with a compound expressed by the formula Hal-X-(Hal represents Cl or Br) in an inert solvent such as acetone, methyl ethyl ketone or THF, preferably in the presence of a base such as potassium carbonate or pyridine at 0-40 deg.C, preferably at ambient temperature.
