CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To simplify visitor's work by reading out a bar code on a jib card fixed to the outside of the entrance/exit of a building by a portable bar code reader and processing work correspondingly to the bar code. CONSTITUTION:The visitor visiting a customer reads out the bar code 32 on the jib card 31 stuck to the building used by the customer by means of the bar code reader 11 and then inputs working data accompanied with the work by means of an input device 12. A data processing part 13 processes the inputted working data correspondingly to the bar code 32 read out by the bar code reader 11. When a customer visits a shop, a clerk reads out a bar code 333 on a main card 33 provided by the customer by means of the card reader 11 and inputs working data accompanied with the working through an input device 12. A work processing part 19 processes the inputted working data correspondingly to the bar code 333 read out by the card reader 21. Thus, the visitor's work can be simplified.
