SURFACE LIGHTING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To uniformalize luminance by constituting with a diffuser plate, a tubular light source installed behind and in parallel to the diffuser plate, a reflector provided with plural light emanating windows, and reflector plates placed to surround the back side of the light source. CONSTITUTION:A tubular light source 2 is provided on its circumference with a reflector 1 provided on its half circumference opposite a light emitting surface (or a diffuser plate 4) with plural light emanating windows 11. Intensity of the light beam coming from the light source 2 and directly striking the part, nearest to the diffuser plate 4, of the reflector 1 is therefore checked by the reflector 1 while the light beams coming out of the plural light emanating windows 11 are not checked, reflected for multiple times between the reflector plates 3 arranged to face the back side of the light source 2 behind and the diffuser plate 4, and comes out of the diffuser plate 4. This uniformalizes the luminance without using a lighting curtain.
