Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To perform the separation of a sheet automatically, by letting a sheet separate from a pallet together with a tape with a vacuum suction device and, after this tape is set to a state of easiness for handling, opening suction pressure, then dropping it from a vacuum chuck upon adding pressure air. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 21 is clamped to a keep plate 12 by drive of a piston 13. A pin 28 of a jig 27 is pressed to a tape 29 beneath the sheet 25 while vacuuming the sheet 25 with a vacuum chuck 11. Next, the pallet 21 alone is pressed down, and the sheet 25 keeping the tape 29 stuck intact at this time comes to be left attracted by the vacuum chuck 11. Then, the vacuum chuck 11 is moved up to its destination, and suction pressure in the vacuum chuck 11 is opened to release, then when pressure air is added, the tape 29 is separated from the vacuum chuck 11 and drops.
