COATING SOLUTION STORAGE TANK AND INLET PIPE IN COATING SOLUTION CIRCULATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent the mixing of bubbles into a coating soln. by providing a buffer member arranged so that the influent soln. flows down on its periphery. CONSTITUTION:The coating soln. flows down on the inner periphery of each inlet pipe 40, and then flows down onto the periphery of the conical buffer member 14 provided on the uppermost guide plate 11 from the lowermost edge of the pipe 40 in contact with the buffer member 14. The soln. moves along the periphery of the buffer member 14 in the inclining direction of the guide plate 11 and flows down on the upper surface of the guide plate 11. The soln. then flows down on the guide part 11a at the lower end and is transferred to the upper end of a guide plate 12 and flows down on the upper surface of the guide plate 12. The soln. in a storage tank 10 flows down into a viscosity control tank from a discharge port 10b. The mixing if bubbles is prevented in this way.
