Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To give a function in an extremely simple manner by securing a cushion member to the lower surface of an insole of a California shell which is then covered with an injection molded resin material so as to form a sole. CONSTITUTION:A California shell 1 which is formed by sewing the lower peripheral edge of a sheel material 2 to the peripheral edge of an insole 3, can be made of sewingable materials such as fabric, synthetic resin leather, artificial leather, synthetic leather or the like. The California shell 1 is suspended in a last mold 4, and then a cushion member 5 is attached to the lower surface of the insole 3 by securing means 6. The last mold 4 is combined at its lower part with a side mold 41 and a bottom mold 42 so as to define a sole mold cavity 43 into which a resin material is injection-molded. The resin material is selected from a group of consisting of polyvinyl chloride resin, polyurethane resin and the like which can be injection-molded. In this case, if the synthetic resin material of the cushion member 5 incorporated in a sole 11 is compatible with the injection-molded material, the compatibility therebetween occurs upon injection-molding of the sole so that they are co-solved, and accordingly, they are bonded together, thereby it is possible to prevent interlayer separation. |
