Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance by bonding an olefin resin film to metal substrate through a specific primer layer and an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A metal-olefin resin film bonded structure 1 is formed by bonding a metal substrate 2 and an olefin resin film 3 through a primer layer 4 and an adhesive layer 5 and the primer layer 4 is formed by baking and curing a composition prepared by compounding anti-corrosion pigment and an unmodified olefin resin dispersion with an epoxy base resin and the adhesive layer 5 is formed by baking and curing a solvent dispersion of a carboxyl group-containing olefin resin or a composition prepared by compounding said solvent dispersion of the carboxyl group-containing olefin resin with the epoxy base resin. Since the unmodified olefin in the primer lay is non-polar, it is prevented that the primer layer floats to the uppermost layer to generate a film flaw or corrosion resistance is lowered and, since the affinity of the adhesive layer 5 to the carboxyl group-containing olefin resin is high and the affinity of the carboxyl group-containing olefin resin of the adhesive layer to the olefin resin film 3 is also high, the adhesion of the metal 2 and the olefin resin film 3 in the obtained structure becomes strong.
