Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a machining member exactly by measuring the overall surface of a pattern and by identifying completely a complicated- state machining member via turning it around its related two axes and around a rotary axis in an orthogonal way crossing over these axes. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus consists of a copying mechanism 1 composed of a tool holder 20 provided with a spindle 16 and a machining tool 22. This machining tool 22 operates the rotary motion around these three axes X, Y, Z and copying spindle 16 via the copying mechanism 1. The rotary motions of both the feeler 18 and machining tool 22 around the axes 19, 29 orthogonal to the copying spindle 16 of the locker 3 around the rotary axis and of both the impression 24 and machining member 25, take place. Manually operating the feeler pin 18 and adjusting the impression 24 can copy a most complicated three-dimensional pattern with no hardship. This can exactly obtain a machining member.
