Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To simply obtain a gelatinous negative electrode uniformly amalgamated and containing zinc alloy at a low cost by uniformly mixing a gelatinizer and a mercury compound in advance, uniformly mixing it with zinc alloy powder, adding it into an alkaline electrolyte, and stirring and mixing them under decompression. CONSTITUTION:A gelatinizer and a mercury compound are uniformly mixed in advance, it is uniformly mixed with zinc alloy powder, this mixture is added into an alkaline electrolyte, and they are stirred and mixed under decompression to form a gelatinous negative electrode 4 to be assembled in an alkaline dry battery. The zinc alloy powder with the grain size in the range 75-300mum is used. The zinc powder, gelatinizer, alkaline electrolyte and mercury compound are combined with the combination ratio of zinc alloy powder 50-75 pts.wt., alkaline electrolyte 25-50 pts.wt., gelatinizer 0.3-1.5 pts.wt. against their total quantity, and mercury compound with the amalgamation rate conversion 0.05 or above against the above zinc alloy powder. The decompression condition at the time of stirring and mixing is set to 300mmHg or below at the initial stage of stirring and mixing and 50mmHg or below at the later stage. |
