Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve an operating efficiency without damaging an outer appearance by a method wherein a duct of which one end is opened into an indoor side and the other end is opened into an outdoor side is arranged at a partition wall, a ventilation air blower is arranged in the duct and a refrigerant pipe within the duct is provided with a heating exchanging fin. CONSTITUTION:A duct 18 of which one end is opened into an indoor A and the other end is opened toward an outdoor device 16 at an outdoor area B is passed through a partition wall 11. This duct is provided with a ventilation air blower 21 for performing a ventilation between the indoor air and the outdoor air. Refrigerant pipes 22a and 22b connecting an indoor device 13 and an outdoor device 16 are arranged within the duct 18. Refrigerant is supplied from a compressor for the outdoor device 16 to an indoor heat exchanger 12 through refrigerant pipes, either a cooling or a heating is carried out by the indoor heat exchanger so as to perform an indoor air conditioning. In the case that an indoor air ventilation is required, the ventilation air blower 21 within the duct is rotated to perform the ventilation of the indoor air and the outdoor air. In the case of performing a heating operation, the outdoor air may absorb heat from a hot refrigerant in a freezing cycle through a fin 23 and in turn in the case of performing a cooling operation, the outdoor air may perform a termal radiation to the low temperature refrigerant in a freezing cycle through the fin 23 so as to recover a heat loss caused by the ventilation air. |
