PURPOSE:To allow the necessary electric current to flow efficiently without giving the influence due to the polarization electric charge by setting the output impedance between electrodes to 1kOMEGA, or less. CONSTITUTION:One electrode 3 set onto a human body 5 is a related element containing ionic medicine, and the other electrode 4 is a simple conductive non-related element. The part 21 of a pulse generating means 2 is a sine-wave signal generator, and outputs the therapeutic pulses between the related element 3 and the non-related element 4 through an electric current restricting resistor 24, after the sine-wave pulses in the positive half cycle, i.e., in one direction passes through a diode 22 and after the amplification to the wave height value of 3-6V by an amplifier 23. Therefore, the therapeutic pulses becomes the positive sine-wave pulses. Since, in this pulse generating means 2, an operation amplifier is used as an amplifier 23, the output impedance becomes nearly zero, and the output impedance of the related element 3 and the non-related element 4 becomes equal to the value of the electric current restricting resistor 24, and the set to an arbitrary output impedance is permitted. Therefore, the electric current restricting resistor 24 may be set to 1kOMEGA or less.
