BASE STATION EQUIPMENT, MOBILE STATION EQUIPMENT AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING THEM

PURPOSE:To constitute the navigation system without requiring a base station exclusive for the navigation system by providing a means adding its location information to individual information, to a base station equipment capable of sending the individual information in a specific time slot as an incoming control channel. CONSTITUTION:A map information unit 7 connecting to a display device 8 connects to a radio equipment 10, the map information unit 7 reads map information from a storage means such as a CD-ROM and transfers the information to the display device 8. Simultaneously, the position information of an automobile telephone terminal calculated by the radio equipment 10 or a telephone set 3 is transferred to the display device 8. Then a control channel sent from a base station of a mobile communication system is used to detect the position of the mobile station. Thus, the base station for exclusive use of the navigation system is not required to realize the navigation.
