Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (ph is phenyl; R is H, 1-12C alkyl, aryl or aralkyl; * is asymmetric carbon). EXAMPLE:S-(-)-1-Benzyloxy-3-isopropylaminopropane-2-ol. USE:A production intermediate of optically active oxazolidinone derivative. PREPARATION:An optically active benzylglycidyl ether expressed by formula 0 or optically active 1-benzyloxy-3-chloro-propahn-2-ol is reacted with an amine expressed by the formula R NH2 of at least >=5 times by equivalent the above- mentioned optically active compound while heating under reflux to provide the compound expressed by formula 1. The compound expressed by formula 1 is further reacted according to the reaction formula to provide the optically active oxazolidinone derivative expressed by formula 4.
