PRESSURE SENSITIVE TRANSFER FILM

PURPOSE:To easily obtain a tacky adhesive layer of a uniform thickness by transferring the tacky adhesive layer of laminated films or the layers successively provided with the tacky adhesive layer, protective layer and vapor deposited al layer thereof only onto the toner of the copying film by a hot roll, etc. CONSTITUTION:A copying film A stuck with a toner 3 is obtd. by dry copying on the release layer 2 of a plastic film 1 formed with the release layer. On the other hand, laminated film B is obtained by forming the tacky adhesive layer 5 on the anchor coat layer 4 on the plastic film layer 1. The laminated film C is obtained by forming the layers successively the protective layer 7 and the vapor deposited Al layer 8. The tacky adhesive layer 5 or the layers successively provided with the tacky adhesive layer 5, the protective layer 7 and the vapor deposited Al layer 8 of the laminated film C obtd. in such a manner are transferred onto the toner 3 on the toner surface of the copying film by the hot roll, etc. The toner 3 is provided with an adhesive property by heat in this case and, therefore, the transfer of even the layer 5, the protec tive layer 7 and the vapor deposited Al layer 8 is possible. The tacky adhesive layer having the uniform thickness is obtd. with the simple stage in this way.
