Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To manufacture a device at a low-cost and to enable an operator at a site to easily use the device by a method wherein a reaction force generated through expansion and contraction of a spring having a low spring constant is exerted on a structure considered as a spring having a high spring constant to move an object to be positioned. CONSTITUTION:In the microfeed of a bite 7, when a handle wheel 17 is rotated so that a coil spring support part 92 of a shaft is moved leftward, the handle wheel 17 is moved leftward through compression of a coil spring 13, and a moving amount is read by a dial gauge 21. In this case, the reaction force of compression of the coil spring 13 is exerted on a screw part 32 of a bridgeform bite support rest 3, and the bite 7 is moved in a direction reverse to the moving direction of the coil spring support part 92 through resilient deformation of the support rest 3.
