PURPOSE:To reduce the time required until transmission of a telegram by selecting an input item which is not virtually fed again by a customer and carrying out the telephone circuit connection control in parallel to a part of the customer input. CONSTITUTION:When a customer feeds the last ''Y10,000'' of his/her loan amount, an actuation deciding part 6 detects the coincidence with a parameter ''Y10,000''. The output of the coincidence signal is transmitted to a timer 10 and a circuit control part 11. Then the timer 10 is started, and the part 11 controls a number selecting part 13 to read out a telephone number that is given to a host computer from a telephone number holding register 14-1. This telephone number is sent to a switchboard connection unit 15 to transmit a dial pulse signal to the switchboard. Such an automatic transaction device is connected to the host computer via a telephone circuit. The customer feeds the payment times through a keyboard 1 with an indication of a guidance display part after feeding his/her loan amount.
